The Foundation’s first SAVOR! event brought together some
of Phoenix’s most creative chefs and diverse musical artists
for a memorable night of food, global fusion and fun. The food and
wine selections at SAVOR! originated from all corners of the world,
from the American Bayou to Eastern Europe to the Pacific Rim. Michael
Cairns, the Executive Chef at Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa,
served as the event’s Premier Chef Ambassador, and between
displays of culinary showmanship he grooved to Latin and Hawaiian
beats on the outdoor dance floor.
