Diversity and multiculturalism are critical themes in the meetings industry, particularly for those in management level positions.

Arizona State University's School of Community Resources has partnered with the Greater Phoenix Multi-Cultural and Arts Foundation, a subsidiary of the Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau to bring a program that will assist in the development of valuable client relation's skills and raise awareness of cultural views and stereotypes that permeate our business.

This program will highlight the leadership opportunities and challenges faced in the meetings industry as it becomes more global. Also, you will learn of a new, unprecedented new program being offered by ASU beginning in the Fall 2007.
