2. Eligibility. Contest open to USA residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry, except employees of The Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau (GPCVB), The Arizona Republic, Gannett Co., the Los Angeles Area News Group, San Diego Union Tribune, Inc., promotion sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees.

3. Online Entry. The "SummerScapes Sweepstakes (the "Contest") will begin Sunday, May 23, 2004. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM (central standard time) Sunday, July 4, 2004. To enter, complete the Online Entry Form at www.summervalues.com. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Entering the contest more than once will not increase your chances of winning. GPCVB will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or otherwise illegible entries.

4. Prizes and Odds. Four (4) Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about 7/31/04. Reservations for all packages subject to availability and blackout dates (i.e. holidays).

First Winner will receive a two (2) night getaway in one (1) 2-bedroom casita for two adults and two children at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort at Gainey Ranch; Regency Club privileges; a day at Camp Hyatt Kachina; a massage for two (2) adults; one (1) dinner for up to $150 in Ristorante Sandolo; one (1) gondola ride. Value $5,000. Package expires July 15, 2005.

Second Winner receives a two (2) night stay in a king room in Casita Village at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa; a couples massage for two (2) adults; half day in cabana at activity or adult pool; two (2) glasses of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, dinner for two (2) at deseo (excluding alcohol). Spa times must be booked independent of hotel. Value $2,500.00. Package expires July 31, 2005.

Third Winner receives a two (2) night stay in an Oasis or Kiva one (1) bedroom suite at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale Troon North; one (1) Swedish massage for two (2) adults; one (1) dinner for two (2) in Acacia. Value $3,400. Package expires July 31, 2005.

Fourth Winner received a one (1) night stay for two (2) people in one (1) room at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa; breakfast for two (2) in T. Cook's, two (2) treatments at the Alvadora spa, rose petal turndown. Value $800.00. Package expires July 31, 2005.

All other costs, including transportation, taxes and gratuities will be the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by telephone or email on or about 7/31/04. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are nonassignable, nontransferable, and have no cash value. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release except where prohibited by law, which must be returned within seven (7) days of date of notification. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within seven (7) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of the GPCVB result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes entrants consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. 6. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. PRIVACY NOTICE: By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the collection by the Sponsor(s) of the information contained on the Entry Form.

7. Limitations of Liability. Restrictions: Dates are based strictly upon availability. Seasonality may result in restricted reservation times. Must present official notice of winning. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

8. General Release. By entering the Contest, contestants release the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau, and all other promotional sponsors, including each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

9. Sponsor. Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Contest Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
