One of Scottsdale’s crown jewels, Troon North’s Monument and Pinnacle golf courses are set amid the grandeur of the Sonoran Desert and gracefully wrap around the northern slopes of landmark Pinnacle Peak. Opened in 1990, the Monument features wide fairways that wind through pristine desert landscape. Ruled by tall saguaros, meandering washes and a terrain strewn with giant boulders, this course provides a challenge for both low and high handicap players. The Pinnacle course opened in 1996 and, like the Monument, golfers find it both fair and challenging. Designed to follow the sharp elevation changes of the land, the Pinnacle features dramatic terrain with bigger rocks and steeper drops, which creates a striking setting for this award winning facility and 36-hole complex by which all other facilities are judged. In addition to the golf, Troon North Golf Club boasts an award winning golf shop and 35,000-sq.-ft. clubhouse featuring full service locker rooms, concierge, and flexible meeting/ banquet space accommodating as many as 200 guests. Private instruction, Corporate and Group Clinics are offered by the Troon Golf Institute / Golf Digest Schools.
