The blockbuster exhibit Body Worlds is coming back to Phoenix, with the new version: Gunther von Hagens’ BODY WORLDS & The Brain. Starting January 21st at the Arizona Science Center, over 200 authentic human specimens will be on display. The exhibit is the “brain” child of scientist Gunther von Hagens, and it’s a tour of the human body and all its systems. This includes entire bodies, individual organs and transparent body slices (all preserved, of course). With the new addition of “The Brain” feature to the exhibit, you’ll be able to learn brain development, function, and even disease.
Our best advice is to snatch up your tickets quickly – the show sold out rapidly when it was in Phoenix for the previous engagement. Tickets went on sale January 3 and can be purchased here. The exhibit runs through May 30, 2011.
