3/4 oz. Monin Agave Nectar (organic)
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Club Soda

1. Combine all ingredients except club soda in a
mixing glass
2. Fill shaker 2/3 full with ice
3. Shake vigorously
4. Strain over fresh ice into tall glass
5. Fill with club soda
6. Garnish with a lime wheel and lime twist

1 1/4 oz. premium tequila
3/4 oz. creme de cassis
Fresh lime
Soda water

1. Fill glass with cracked ice
2. Add tequila, creme de cassis and a squeeze of lime
3. Fill with soda
4. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and enjoy

1.5 oz. Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. Crème de Cacao (white)
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
7 Mint Leaves
3 Blackberries
Fill with Fever tree Bitter Lemon Soda

1. Muddle blackberries and mint, add all other liquids except Soda and shake.
2. Strain over ice into a Collins glass, top with Bitter Lemon Soda.
3. Garnish with two blackberries and a mint sprig. Use a fine strainer when straining to remove chunks of blackberry and mint.

½ oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
½ oz. Prickly Pear Syrup
Juice of ½ a lime
Sweet and sour mix to fill

1. Add all to a shaker full of ice and shake until well chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
