Celebrate the holidays with light displays, performances, games and more going on this weekend in Phoenix.
A Christmas Carol by Arizona Broadway Theatre and Hale Centre Theatre
Before Christmas morning, you'll be visited by three spirits in these stage adaptations of Dicken's classic tale. Both Arizona Broadway and Hale Centre productions will run through Christmas Eve and feature elaborate costumes, memorable characters and musical arrangements to get you in the spirit of the season.

Take a Hike
You heard us. While Saturday's forecast might bring rain, Sunday looks promising for a cool, sunny hike, fit in somewhere between opening presents and digging into a Christmas Day feast. Our guide to essential hikes in Phoenix for every skill level will get you on a trail just a short drive from anywhere you're staying in the area. (Tip: If you want a festive picture, there's a Christmas tree on top of Camelback Mountain - but you'll need to work to get there.)
