This decadent event is part of spring's Scottsdale Culinary Festival, and allows patrons to treat their tastebuds to one of life's best pairings: chocolate and wine. More than 30 vendors are pouring the fruits of the vine and dishing out a selection of sweet confections for guests to sip and sample. Grape Arizona Wine Event

Raise a glass to Arizona's vineyards at this tasting affair in historic Heritage Square. 16 local wineries are on hand to pour samples and sell bottles, wine merchandise and limited releases. Culinary partners including Beckett's Table, The Larder at DeSoto Market, Southern Rail and more Phoenix favorites will also be serving up bites to complement the tastings.

Dogs' Day in the Garden

Enjoy a good stroll with a four-legged friend (and walk off all the food festival samples mentioned above) in one of the area's most scenic settings: the Desert Botanical Garden. The trails are open for a special day of canine companionship and activities such as photo ops, treats for the pooch, and even a space-limited doga (dog yoga) class.
