Celebrate all things food and wine with the monthly Monday Night Chef’s Table series hosted by ZuZu inside the hip Hotel Valley Ho. A seasonal four-course menu is paired with four wines or spirits from the special guest.

At the upcoming dinner on Monday, December 12, enjoy a bubbly evening of Champagnes from Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot along with a Ketel One cocktail. This year is bigger and better than ever, hosted at the hotel’s Sands venue. ZuZu’s chefs will be serving delicious courses including Seared Yellow Tail Tuna, Pear & Pomegranate Salad, Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb with roasted root vegetables, and Valrhona Chocolate Cheesecake with Bavarian cream and Grand Marnier ganache. The chef and special guest will discuss the evening’s fare and how the Champagnes are made.

The reception starts at 6:00 p.m. and dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made at 480.421.7997.
