Chef Series: Toro Weekend Take Home Brunch


Make your home the new brunch club with the fifth and final installment of Fairmont Scottsdale's new Take Home Family-Style Chef Series. Kick off Summer with Chef Richard Sandoval's savory and sweet Toro brunch favorites. Dial it up a notch with additional beverage add ons, including rose, bloody Mary kits and more.

Toro Weekend Brunch provides a family-style meal for up to 4 people, available for $125 plus tax. Place your reservation request via the form below by Friday, May 29.

Curbside pickup for meals and any add on items will be located at the resort's Palomino Ballroom entrance on Saturday, May 30 from 1 - 3 pm. Credit card required at time of reservation. No cancellations.

Angry tuna roll, spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, sesame, yuzu, thai chile sauce

California roll, crab, cucumber, avocado

Served with pickled ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, chop sticks 


Chopped salad - chayote, pork belly, queso fresco, edamame, roasted corn, crispy tortillas, sherry vinaigrette   


Pollo a la Brasa, achiote chicken, rocoto salsa

Skirt steak, chimichurri 


Chifa style fried rice, egg, asian vegetables

Sesame bok choy & brussels sprouts
