This summer, walk, shop and sip your way through Pineapple Triangle and uncover rare, artisan-made finds while supporting the less fortunate with one stop.
Pineapple Triangle, a shopping showcase with a charitable component that features the work of a diverse lineup of local and regional artisans, returns from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, June 9 at DeSoto Central Market in Phoenix. It’s a new venue for the mobile vendor collaboration that has grown considerably in size and scope since its inception, and it’s one that will better accommodate the rising number of vendors and attendees at this summer’s installment.
Featured artisans differ from one Pineapple Triangle event to the next, but at June’s event, anticipate the likes of Celebrate Your Tribe, a purveyor of trendy apparel designed to commemorate the special moments in life, and Favorite Human, a creator of fine leather goods, children’s items and home décor. Swing by Sweet Fusion Bakery for a special take on the classic cake pop (think cool mint, cookie dough and hazelnut varieties, among multiple others), or stop by Wicked Arts for a look at some mixed-media pieces featuring funky, upcycled components.
