In honor of the 40th anniversary of Phoenix Pride being postposed (to Nov. 7-8), LGBTQ+ organizations across Arizona came together to present the first-ever Virtual Arizona Pride on April 3-5, 2020.
More than 40 organizations, small businesses, and performers from across the state came together to present a weekend of drag performances, virtual meetups, educational sessions, online talk shows, drag story hours, and more in order to allow our community to come together in this time. You can view archived video of several of the events from our first #VirtualAZPride on our Video section.
And the demand for this type of programming has been so great that the team behind #VirtualAZPride has decided to keep going with a monthly series on the third Saturday of every month. Our Third Saturday series will feature a select, curated day of programming similar to what you saw at #VirtualAZPride, from partners old and new. For more check out our Third Saturday page.
#VirtualAZPride events occur across social media platforms, so follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay connected. Contact email@example.com with any questions, comments, or media inquiries.
