WHAT TO WEAR + BRING
Throw on an outfit that makes you feel like you're rehearsing for your own concert. Raquel recommends shorts or leggings paired with a comfortable tank top or muscle tee, a shirt to tie around your waist, and sneakers. Unlike a traditional workout, feel free to wear your hair down and add your favorite lipstick shade. You might break a sweat shaking your thing, so a towel and water bottle will come in handy. And don’t forget your swimsuit for some much-needed cool down time at the pool.
