  • Chef Bio: As restaurant chef for Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge at Casino Arizona, Chef Jason Loud is responsible for its day-to-day success. While with the property for only four years, Chef Jason has been in the kitchen for more than 25. His passion for food began when he started cooking with his grandmothers in childhood at the age of nine. Professionally, he has travelled the country learning his craft. According to Chef Jason, he has worked in every food and beverage establishment imaginable in numerous cities and states including Hyde Park, New York to West Palm Beach, Florida and Denver, Colorado to the Valley of the Sun. In his role as restaurant chef, he creates interesting menus and recipes. Though he admits that good cooking has nothing to do with good cooking. “The recipe only shows you the method,” said Chef Jason. “Cooking the kind of food that makes it physically impossible to stop eating comes from the soul. There’s a little piece of me in every dish I have created.”
