Gertrude's brings the best Arizona has to offer by utilizing fresh ingredients directly from the farm and pasture to the plate. The menu showcases local ingredients from artisans and farmers around Arizona and the Southwest. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour, guests will experience Chef Stephen Eldridge's 'Modern American Cuisine' and focus on a total visceral experience for the guests with cuisine, wine and overall garden ambience.
