Cancellation Policies:
Standard Cancellation Policy
Trips can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to trip time at no cost but availability is not guaranteed. Customers will receive a 90% refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to trip time. No refund will be given for any cancellation made within 48 hours from trip time. Customers will receive a full refund in the case Salt River Rafting has to cancel the trip due to safety or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No refund is given for no-shows.

Multiday Trip & Group Cancellation Policy
