The Music Industry Career Conference (MICC) is set to redefine career opportunities for aspiring artists, music professionals, and industry executives. Taking place in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, on March 28-29, 2025, this groundbreaking event will feature Grammy award-winning producer Timbaland as the keynote speaker, alongside an elite lineup of top executives, talent managers, and industry pioneers.

While you’re in Phoenix, stop by our Visitor Center that is located on the sixth floor of the One Arizona Center building in the Arizona Center .

You’ll find information and advice about what you can see and do, and some special goodies made for the Final Four. The Visitor Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Kickoff Party at Valley Bar – March 28, 6:30-9:30 PM

Conference at Fusion on First – March 29, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

The main event kicks off the next morning at Fusion on First in downtown Phoenix, bringing a full day of panels, workshops, and discussions led by industry experts. Attendees will gain insights into career pathways, industry trends, and strategies for success in the evolving music business.

Free Public Music Festival Activation – 12:00-2:00 PM

During the midday break, experience a vibrant free-to-the-public music festival activation in partnership with Pilgrim’s Rest and Archwood Exchange. Enjoy live performances, local vendors, food trucks, and a celebration of Phoenix’s music and arts scene.

Closing Party at Stadium Sports Bar – March 29, 7:00-11:00 PM
