The full-service Eagles Buffet at Casino Arizona offers an amazing selection of freshly prepared international cuisine to tempt your taste-buds, a bountiful fresh salad and fruit bar, delicious seafood, pastas, scrumptious desserts and much more.  You won't find a better dining experience in the Phoenix area.  Be sure to join us for our Friday night seafood buffet (served from 4:30-10 p.m.), Saturday night prime rib buffet (served from 4:30-10 p.m.), and delicious champagne Sunday brunch (served from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.)  We also host a special Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day brunch, along with other holiday buffets.

  • Chef Bio: Chef Robert Finley has spent 17 of his 25-year culinary career at Casino Arizona. In that time he has brought a true passion for cooking, a trait he says is essential for a successful career in culinary. In his role as restaurant chef for the Eagles Buffet, Chef Robert handles lunch and dinner in the buffet, all banquets on the property and the employee dining room. In the Eagles Buffet, Chef Robert regularly presents new dishes and develops special menus for holidays. He relishes the unfettered opportunity he has to be creative. Beyond that ability to be inventive on a daily basis, it is his cooking staff that is a source of pride for Chef Robert. Their hard work and enthusiasm is one of the reasons Eagles Buffet stands apart from other restaurants. Another reason is that Chef Robert ad his team freshly prepares items in the buffet every day, serving hundreds of people. With such a long, illustrious career with Casino Arizona, its hard to believe that culinary is a second career for Chef Robert. After serving in Vietnam, he worked with United Parcel Service, retiring after 21 years. He hopes to retire for the second time from Casino Arizona in a little over two years at which time he will continue to spend time with his wife of 40 years, his three children and eight grandchildren.
