TAP into PHX

The TAP into PHX program is an online program designed to educate and support participants of the program to “be the expert” and help promote our great city. Through a series of educational modules, you will gain valuable insights on:

• The culture and history of Phoenix
• The top things to see and do
• The importance of tourism
• Tips on how to make an impact on a visitor's experience

• Short training – 2 hours or less
• Accessible on desktop or mobile device
• Obtain an official certificate - Industry standard training directly from professionals
• Be “in the know” – Learn about new things happening and changing in the destination
• Rewards & Incentives – Exclusive access to deals and promotions to further develop your knowledge of Phoenix
• Community & Networking opportunities – Attend events to connect with other community members who are proud to showcase Phoenix or other like-minded professionals in the hospitality industry

The TAP into PHX Pass is an exclusive pass for TAP graduates. The goal is to provide graduate with the opportunity to experience top attractions, tours, and restaurants- giving them the chance to fully immerse themselves in the Phoenix visitor experience.
