Ironwood American Kitchen serves all day fare in a warm and inviting atmosphere overlooking the resort's South Pool. The menu features a variety of hearty, wood-fired specialties such as flatbread pizzas, sandwiches and oven roasted nachos, as well as mixing bowl salads and kitchen favorites including Chef's famous Bechamel-drizzled potato chips. Other features include an exhibition kitchen for guests to interact one-on-one with Chef Sean Mayhew and his team, bi-folding glass walls that allow you to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and patio seating with fire pits for an evening under the stars. Children's menu and special dietary menus also available.
