Making tamales for the holidays is a longstanding Mexican tradition that is alive and well at Macayo’s Mexican Food! With the holidays rapidly approaching, Macayo’s is pleased to announce the return of its popular tamalada events. These tamale-making classes honor the traditional process of gathering friends and family to assemble tamales. During each event, guests will learn how to assemble tamales as they enjoy a three-course lunch and a top-shelf margarita made with Don Julio Blanco. They will also take home the tamales they assemble during the experience. The cost for each tamalada class is $60+ per person.
