Put on your red, white, and blue and join friends and neighbors at Fountain Park on Friday, July 1, to celebrate Independence Day in Fountain Hills at the First at the Fountain celebration! The festivities will kick off at 7:00 pm with music and prizes. Rock Lobster will be performing from 7:30-9:00 pm. The evening will conclude with a majestic fireworks display at 9:00 PM over the Park’s picturesque Fountain Lake. The world famous fountain will be lit up with red, white, and blue.

Tempe's annual 4th of July celebration pairs classic culinary offerings from vendors at the food court and the free rides at the Family Fun Fest at Tempe Beach Park. In lieu of fireworks, Tempe Town Lake will be illuminated by flames from “flooms” floating in Tempe Town Lake, all while being choreographed to patriotic and pop music.

Celebrate Independence Day with baseball and a boom! Things kick off at 5 p.m. with the Independence Day baseball game between the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals minor league teams. Then check out performances by two live bands, food/drink, giveaways, and bounce houses all lead up to the main attraction: the mesmerizing patriotic fireworks show.
